We warmly welcome you to Appartements Karlinger. Enjoy the year's most beautiful time here with us in a family-like ambiance with true hospitality amidst the wonderful mountain scenery.
Our house is located between Längenfeld and Sölden, only 5 km away from the ski-area Sölden, this area can be easily reached by skibus (free service). In summer, the Ötztal Cycle Trail runs past our guesthouse. You can use our garden with sunlounge and barbecue. Our pets (bunnies, geese, hens, dog and cat) are pleased to meet you and to get some strokes. Längenfeld with countless restaurants, shops, hiking and climbing routes and the AQUA DOME thermal spa centre are about 8 km away. Ötztal's Horse-riding School can be found next to our house.

Directions: at the 2nd roundabout in Längenfeld you take the 3rd exit - driving further into the valley (direction Sölden) for approx. 7 km. Turn left by the hamlet Aschbach, keep to the right. Our guesthouse is the 3rd building.
