The holiday house is located in the hamlet of Lehner-Au, only about 2 km from the village center of Längenfeld with restaurants, the AQUA DOME spa center - Tirol Therme Längenfeld and myriad shopping facilities. The cross-country skiing track and the Ötztal Cycle Trail are just 100 meters away, the bus stop is only 200 meters from our house.

Directions: southwards into the valley in the direction of Längenfeld - turn right at the bakery in the hamlet of AU and follow the road to Winklen. Keep left and follow the road to Lehner-Au for about 2.5 km - then turn left at the bridge in Lehner-Au - take the first exit on the right and immediately turn left again - follow the road to its end.
