Your Luxury Apartment am Berghof is located in Niederthai - on Ötztal's sunny balcony right amidst unspoilt nature. Passionate farmers and heartfelt hosts are just normal here. We run our Berghof with large garden in an ecologically sustainable way. The equipment was lovingly selected, old wooden furniture was restored and wooden larch floors were reactivated. The indoor climate is very pleasant and healthy in summer and winter alike - thanks to wall heating, tiled stove and solid, old walls.
In Niederthai you will find restaurants, a bakery, Ötztal's Beer Manufactory, a small family ski area, ski rental facilities and unique resting places. The free skibus shuttle to Sölden (about 30 km) stops in front of the door, the cross-country ski trails start run past our house. As a partner of the Niederthai Card you can enjoy all this free of charge!

Directions: federal road towards Umhausen - turn left at the car dealer (Kapferer), follow the road - turn right into the mountain road to Niederthai - follow it for about 7 km. In Niederthai you drive past the church - turn right at the information office and follow the road until you reach Haus am Brunnen. Our guesthouse is located right in front of it, a little behind the road.
