Our splendid apartment at approx. 55 m² is ideal for 2 to 3 persons. It has the following amenities: 1 bedroom with boxspring bed and couch, which can also be used as a single bed, and flat-screen TV. Spacious kitchen-cum-living room with dining area and living area; the top modern kitchenette is fully equipped with all cooking utensils, coffee machine, electric kettle, fridge with freezer, etc. Cozy living area with flat-screen TV and a pull-out couch (can also be used as a bed for 2 more persons). 1 bathroom with deluxe walk-in tropical shower, shower gel, shampoo and towels. The washing machine can also be found in the bathroom. 1 separate WC with washbasin. Spacious garden area with garden furniture.

Directions: B186 Ötztal federal road - southwards towards Sautens - over the big bridge to the village of Sautens - at the bus stop: keep right (bottleneck) and continue through the village - always along the main road until you reach the end of the village - shortly before the sign you turn right into the forest road - turn left towards Farchat after approx. 150 - then turn left again into Tschirgantweg. Follow the street until the end - keep to the right - first house.
