Holiday house MARINA - a former bed and breakfast - is located in Huben, surrounded by lush meadows. The house offers 12 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large kitchen - as well as a lounge for 28 people and two long balconies covering the entire length of house. The older house is functional with standard equipment. The garden is spacious and features a grill; ample parking. It's approx. 500 m from the village center of Huben, approx. 800 m from the nearest supermarket, the nearest inn is approx. 400 m away. The skibus stop in approx. 400 m takes you to Sölden (approx. 9 km), the cross-country ski trail is approx. 500 m away. In Längenfeld there is a heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, 40 km of cycle paths, easier and more challenging mountain bike routes, Haflinger horse riding school, mini-golf course and a local heritage museum. In Huben, the ultimate Ötztal Fun Park attracts children: skating facility, trampoline, climbing wall, giant slide, cable car, play equipment for the little ones and self-service restaurant. The AQUA DOME - Tirol Therme Längenfeld thermal spa is only about 3 km away.
