Walk along the very demanding trail to Karkopf, where you will be rewarded with great panoramic views of the Ötztal and its surrounding mountain ranges. Descend to Armelenhütte and enjoy a stopover on the quaint hut. Follow the descending forest trail across dense woods until you reach a real natural gem, lake Piburger See above Oetz.
