Längenfeld is the unique centre for training at high altitudes in the Ötztal. The special location of Längenfeld is qualified for running and endurance sports. In the medical centre "4health" in the Aqua Dome (thermal bath in Längenfeld) you will find a team of specialists who is pleased to help you in case of questions or problems. Medical specialists, sports scientists and physiotherapists offer diagnostic analysis, check-up of heart and lung functions, ergometer and lactate-measurements. You can also attend special running-trainings where you will get valuable tips to improve your running-techniques and coordination.
