Sölden's Rettenbach Glacier will again be reigned by passionate cycling fans all Sunday long. A truly unique chance to discover the magic Ötztal Alps on two wheels.
The route of this 3rd Ötztal Cycling Day, leading up to the eternal ice of Rettenbach Glacier, is quite challenging: 13 kilometers, 1300 meters of altitude gain and an average gradient of no less than 11%. Of course taking part in the challenge is more important than winning it! On 11 July 2010 everyone is warmly invited to join the splendid cycling day at the heart of Ötztal's high Alpine wonderland.
For the entire day the road is closed to motorized traffic, guaranteeing a safe and entertaining cycle adventure on Europe's highest glacier road - breathtaking vistas included!
