TRAIL COURSE:
From Freizeit Arena leisure center northwards along Gemeindstraße until you reach Hotel Sunny -> north of the hotel you take the forest trail on the right -> after a short section southwards, you take the first fork-off to the north -> follow the trail until you get to the footpath across the meadows and the federal road -> continue towards the upper valley to Schmiedhof bridge and further on along the footpath to the band stand and the road back to Freizeit Arena
