TRAIL COURSE:
From the car park located at the upper edge in Gries you head down the valley along the brook leading to Mühlau -> cross the federal road (sand pyramid; Gries high-elevation trail) -> past the church and the houses to Winnebach, Reitle, Vögelas bridge -> continue on Nederweg trail via Oppen and Mühlau -> back to the starting point
