SÖLDEN SKI LIFTS TERMS & CONDITIONS

•	We hope you will understand that our staff cannot make any exceptions! Discount lift ticktets (children, youths, seniors, locals, handicapped) are issued on presentation of a photo ID only!td>
•	The ski passes are not extendable or upgradeable.
•	No replacement passes are issued in event of loss!
•	Mixed prices are charged for in-between season ski passes.
•	The Sölden-Hochsölden ski pass is valid for all operating ski lifts in Sölden and Hochsölden, Gaislachkogl, Innerwald, Gampealm, Golden Gate and both glaciers, but not in Vent or Obergurgl/Hochgurgl.
•	Ski passes from 8 days are issued on prentation of valid photo ID only! Photo booths can be found at all ticket offices.
•	As a rule, ski passes are valid from the day of issue. On request all ski passes (except hourly tickets and 1,5-day tickets) can be purchased in advance. Ski passes can be used from 03.00 pm the day prior to the date of validity. Ski passes are valid on consecutive days and cannot be interrupted (except for flexi passes).
•	Neither ski pass nor day tickets are transferable or exchangeable!
•	Refund: ski passes are only refunded in the event of a sport accident and when the ski pass has been deposited with one of our ticket offices. The days used, counted from the date of issue to the date of the accident, are not refunded. A doctor's certificate is required in any case of accident. Ski passes are not refunded or extended in case of bad weather, avalanche hazards, unforeseen departure, discontinued lift operation, closed ski runs etc.
•	Ski passes are not exchangeable, transferable, and/or extendable. Hourly tickets and 1-day tickets are not refundable.
•	We reserve the right to discontinue ski lift and/or ski buses operation during or at the end of the winter season due to bad snow conditions.
•	Please not the signs at the ski lifts' access areas and base terminals.

CARD SYSTEM

All ski passes are issued on hands-free SWATCH Access or Key Cards. Deposit key-cards: € 2,00

The validity of you ski pass is checked electronically by accessing one of the feeder ski lifts within the entire Sölden Ski Area.

One way tickets are sold on Magnetic Cards (only for non-skiers!).
