FARST - ÖTZTAL'S EYRIE

The eyrie above the legendary Engelswand face is one of Ötztal's most spectacular settlements. At an altitude of 1,482m it towers majestically above the village of Umhausen. If you dare ascending on the serpentines that have been cut into the steep rock, you are rewarded with a fantastic panoramic view and hearty hospitality.

You can drive by car to the foothill of the mountain and proceed on foot.
Walking time to Farst: approx. 1 - 1,5 hrs
