FARST - ÖTZTAL'S EYRIE
The eyrie above the legendary Engelswand face is one of Ötztal's most spectacular settlements. At an altitude of 1.482 m it towers majestically above the village of Umhausen. If you dare ascending on the serpentines that have been cut into the steep rock, you are rewarded with a fantastic panoramic view and hearty hospitality.
You can drive by car to the foothill of the mountain and proceed on foot.
Walking time to Farst: approx. 1 hr
